Robotics Lender ("we", "us") is operated by Rosetta Labs, Inc., New York, NY. This policy explains what information we collect through roboticslender.com (the "site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It describes our practices; it is not a contract, and sharing information with us does not oblige us to offer you financing. Use of the site is also governed by our terms of service.
Information you give us
When you request terms through the form on the site, you give us your name, work email and company, and optionally your company website, the numbers you enter about your robots (such as fleet size, robot cost or price, fees, contract length and the rate you have been offered) and any optional details or message. We keep these in our customer records to respond to you and to evaluate whether and how we might finance your robots.
When you email us or book a call, you may also share your role and details about your robots, customers, contracts and financing needs, which we use for the same purposes.
Please send only what is needed to assess financing, and no sensitive personal information about individuals (such as government identification numbers, financial account details or health information). If what you send includes information about other people, such as your customers' or employees' contact details, you confirm that you are allowed to share it with us.
Information collected automatically
We use an analytics service to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, which links and buttons are clicked, how long pages take to load, the type of browser and device, and the numbers entered in the financing calculator (such as fleet size, robot cost, price and interest rate; the calculator asks for no personal details). It runs without cookies and without storing anything on your device. The service receives your IP address with each request, uses it to estimate your approximate location (country and city) and, together with your browser details, to count visitors with an anonymous identifier that changes every day. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps) to run and secure the site. Fonts are served from our own domain, not loaded from third parties.
If you pick a page colour (white or blue) at the bottom of the site, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage, on your device only, so the site opens in it next time. It is never sent to us. Choosing "Auto" removes it, and so does clearing your browser's site data.

When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the site and our business (such as hosting, analytics, customer records, email and scheduling), who may use it only to provide their services to us and under confidentiality obligations
- With capital providers and financing partners, when needed to evaluate or fund a financing request you asked us to look at
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy
Retention
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including any legal or regulatory retention period, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to hello@roboticslender.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them as required.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us, and you send it at your own risk.
Children
The site is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, and information is processed there. If you contact us from elsewhere, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Other sites
The site may link to sites we do not operate. This policy does not cover them; their own policies apply.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and changes apply from that date.
